1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using StudyPortal.ai, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your country of residence.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. AI guidance is informational
Our AI agents (Counselor, Admissions, Customer Care) provide informational guidance. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, or immigration advice. Admission, visa, and scholarship decisions are made by the relevant universities and authorities, not by StudyPortal.ai.
5. Application data accuracy
You're responsible for the accuracy of every document you submit. Falsified documents will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
7. Fees
The student-facing StudyPortal.ai service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, you'll be notified before any charge is made.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, UK.
